At Daily Distinction, we understand that waiting for your order is the hardest part. We partner with South Africa's leading logistics providers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

1. SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

*Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Waybill Number and tracking link. Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to update after you receive the email.

You can also track the status of your parcel directly on our website here: https://dailydistinction.co.za/a/track or via the courier's tracking portal.

3. DELIVERY GUARANTEE (INSURANCE)

We stand by our delivery promise. If your parcel goes missing in transit or is lost by the courier, we will replace it at no cost to you.

• Damaged on Arrival: If your box arrives crushed or open, please take photos immediately before opening it further and email them to connect@dailydistinction.co.za so we can resolve it for you.

4. IMPORTANT: RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

Our couriers require a signature upon delivery. They cannot leave the parcel in your post box or at your gate.

• Please ensure someone is available at your chosen physical address (Home or Office) between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM to sign for the package.

• Failed Deliveries: If the courier attempts delivery and no one is home, they will usually try one more time.

Please note - If the parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by you:

• • The Courier Cost is Doubled: We are charged by the courier to return the parcel to our warehouse.

  • Your Liability: You will be liable for both the return cost AND the re-delivery fee before we can dispatch your order again.
